Leadership dimensions and Measuring Excellence

As a Sprint manager, I volunteered for three assignments to be trained and to then evaluate an organization's performance excellence.  I did this for the HR department, an Engineering Department and a Customer Care Department.  We used the Baldrige Criteria to guage current performance and it's metrics along with next step recommendations by the evaluators.  These quality indicators are not new but taken as a whole, they help an organization align its business to the key drivers of success.  We also incorporated balanced scorecarding in the various organizations to track and measure success.  It has been proven that organizations that measure and track their success and performance typically outperform their competitors especially if their measurements are compared to best practice companies providing gap closure to leaders.

Anyone applying for a leadership position would be wise to read this boxnet Baldrige Leasdership file.  I've shown also how you can take your own resume and create a more powerful Baldrige brand.  See attached files.
